Is this affiliated with AMPP, NACE or FROSIO?
No. CoatMentor is an independent study aid built around the published AMPP CIP Level 1 and Level 2 exam preparation guides and the FROSIO syllabus. We do not sell certifications; we help you prepare for their exams.
Are these real exam questions?
Never. Copying exam questions is unethical and against exam rules. Every question is written from scratch against the published blueprints. Standard numbers are checked at source, and facts are checked against a pack of sources that we have verified.

What is your refund policy?
Purchases are final once your access has started. After checkout you are asked to confirm the start of your access ("Start my access"); nothing is delivered until you do, and buyers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw within 14 days until then. The 6 months count from the day you buy, not from the day you confirm. Instead of a refund window, the free readiness check shows the exact question style, explanation depth and written format first. If you report that you failed your exam, we extend your access by 90 days, once per access term, so you can prepare for the retake.
